At Gray Group International, I served as a Social Media Producer for Cass Holland, a TikTok influencer with over 2 million followers known for her viral content as a beverage cart server on a golf course. Our mission was to expand her personal brand and create a multifaceted media presence that resonated with her growing audience.
Brand Development & Content Strategy: Collaborated with Cass to develop a cohesive personal brand, crafting a unique identity that extended her reach beyond TikTok to platforms like YouTube and Instagram. Created a copywriting and content strategy that amplified her authentic voice and engaged followers across multiple channels.
Video Production & Editing: Produced and edited episodic YouTube vlog series, commercials, podcasts, and social media content multiple times per week. Leveraged storytelling and visual aesthetics to enhance audience engagement, resulting in increased viewership and subscriber growth.
Creative Leadership & Coordination: Took on roles as cameraman, production assistant, and production coordinator. Managed daily workflows for production assistants and coordinated all aspects of production, including equipment procurement, prop selection, talent coordination, location scouting, crew management, and transportation logistics.
Asset Management & Technical Proficiency: Oversaw the storage, usage, transportation, setup, and inventory of top-tier media production equipment valued at over $100,000. Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software to produce high-quality, engaging content that aligned with the brand's identity.
Content Scheduling & Multi-Channel Expansion: Implemented content scheduling strategies to ensure consistent and timely releases across platforms. Successfully launched a YouTube vlog series that followed Cass's daily adventures, significantly increasing her subscriber base and diversifying her content offerings.
